Buy replacement heads for flawless. how can I know if my Flawless is a Gen 1 or 2?

The number that this computer site called said that this number is no longer in service. I cannot how to get back to the original start of this where the number is located.

Flawless not working and no assistance provided

Need to speak to someone about the type of battery needed for my Flawless Razor. I put in a Duracell AA, 1.5 volt and it wouldnt work. Do I have to buy a special battery for it?

They were supposed to give me a discounted coupon for filling out a survay and I never got it.

See above comment. I filled out a survey with a promise from flawless company of a coupon for 40 % off of any purchase. I never received it.

User's recommendation: Don't fill out a survey for Flawlessheads. They do not come through on their promises.

No response or communication no follow through! They are totally unreliable! Not trustworthy!! Lack integrity . My question is how can they continue with their lack of ethics? And why hasnt anything been done regarding my situation?

HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO ORDER REPLACEMENT HEADS, WHICH ARE OUT OF STOCK AND WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE IN BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NOW I JUST GET CUT OFF.
